Refund & Cancellation Policy

National Institute for Career Education is an online career education & guidance service provider and it gets delivered as soon as a person makes payment for the training or tools. We do take utmost care in ensuring that the links of training and/or tools are provided to the client's dashboard.

Once the links to start the training and/or to use the career counselling tools are provided, the service gets delivered and as per the Institute’s policy, there will be NO cancellation or refund for the order placed for any service/product the client has purchased or subscribed to.

The training fee paid by you will be refunded, if you do not get full/part-time placement or work/business option. The refund amount will be processed within 15 days in your account.

Apart from the above reasons, the training fee once paid is non-refundable; either you have given the test or you have discontinued the training due to any reason, whatsoever. Any request related to a refund or adjustment of the fee will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.

If you have left/discontinued the training due to any reason or refuse to complete the activity/practical assignments or failed to get certification within 4 months from the date of enrolment or have not done the internship or have not paid the full training fee then this agreement will be treated as null and void and no refund of fee will be given and any such request will not be entertained.

You must be committed to undergoing training in cooperation with the instructor/trainer. If a job/business opportunity has been offered to you and you refuse to join or leave it then the organisation will not be liable to refund the fee.

In case you feel that you did not get the service to your satisfaction level or if the customer has any query related to the order, then he/she must contact at account@careerlinked.org.

If the Council cancels/discontinue any product/service, then the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. The refund amount will be processed within 15 days in your account.
