Career education is an ever-demanding sector due to the huge student population, stiff competition and inefficiency that exists in our education system. You or any educated family member with an internet-connected computer/mobile can work online from home for an immediate, regular and alternate source of income.
India needs 14 lakh career counsellors for 35 crore students. The New Education Policy (NEP) of the Government of India has made provisions for one counsellor in each school and college/institute.

Work & Income
Smart work: You can work from your place with flexible times/days minimum of ONE hour per day. We provide you with an online platform. You can do student counselling using the world's best guidance tools and/or provide online training.
Expected income: You'll get Rs 980 per student for counselling and Rs 4,320 per trainee. Depending on your team's resourcefulness, you can earn above Rs 1.5 lakh per month.
Optionally, if you want to keep your business in auto-pilot mode for a stable, source of big income then you can have a team of 9 counsellors.
Eligibility & prerequisites
(a) An internet-connected laptop/mobile with web telephony, a third-party tool which you can procure directly from the vendor in our panel costing Rs 6,800 + GST.
(b) Knowledge of career counselling and career tools OR training and certification as a career professional which is online, self-paced, can be completed within 18 days to 18 weeks and consists of 18 modules of theory, activity and practical. After completion of the training, an internationally recognised Certificate as a Career Professional (CCP) is provided. Instructor-led training fee is Rs 21,600 + GST which includes test and assessment fees. Training is optional and your choice.

Is it possible to work without training?
You require training to train other counsellors and provide authentic and impartial career counselling following a standardised process of conducting career assessments, analysing data for best-fit career options and creating a career map. Moreover, no school will allow you to interact with students if you are not professionally trained and certified to do so.
Is this training as a Career Professional useful for other jobs?
Trained and Certified Career Counselling Professionals will be able to work as Career Advisor in training services, Career development managers in MNCs & Corporates, Careers Counsellor in Schools/ Colleges/ Institutes, Training and Placement Officers in Universities and Higher Learning Centres, Career Coaches and Mentor in private practice, Career Consultant in Human Resource Departments, etc. There is a very good demand for certified counsellors in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and other European countries. After certification, our consultants will assist you to find job opportunities abroad in a legit way.

What is web telephony?
If you want leads through CRM then you must have web telephony integrated. The simple reason is we strictly follow the data privacy policy and to stop the misuse of personal details of the children who are in the very sensitive age group, their mobile and email are hidden. Web telephony helps you to connect with students without disclosing each other’s contact details and record the conversation (to stop inappropriate discussion). Web telephony is a third-party tool which you can procure from any service provider.
Can I do it along with my current work?
Yes, you can work part-time from anywhere at your convenience to do counselling and manage your team without disturbing your current profession.
Is it a Network or MLM business?
No. This is not a left-right, binary, matrix or other chain system or pyramid business plan. You have the option to either work in a team or practice independently.
Can I have a regular income if I am working from home?
Yes, you'll get a fixed income, even if you are working from home on a part-time basis + good incentives as per your managerial skills and team’s resourcefulness.
When I will receive my payment?
You can view your real-time earnings on the Income dashboard. Also, you receive instant SMS + email notifications. Your payment will be transferred to your bank account on the 10th of every month.
